As a Master Reiki practitioner, I offer you an opportunity for relaxation and balance, providing relief from the stresses of everyday living. This gentle but powerful energy helps to dissolve any blockages on the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual level. Each session is different and often thought provoking.
If you wish to share any troublesome issues with me, we can discuss ways of aiding you to resolve them. Alternatively, I call upon my intuition and insight to suggest options, making any session a very personal experience for you. This often involves moving on to work with frequency and vibrational energies which directly affect the body on a cellular level: reducing stored trauma and releasing trapped emotions.
I ensure that the room I work in is a safe and calm environment, so that you will benefit from the peaceful space. I always work with integrity and love.

Reiki
At the heart of all my energy medicine is Reiki (a Japanese word meaning Universal Life Force Energy). As a conduit for this energy I transfer the universal life force energy to you through my hands in a sequence that covers the main chakras (energy centres).
This subtle treatment works to balance the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies. It assists to:
- Release stress, tension and pain
- Induce relaxation
- Create balance and harmony in the body to facilitate its own healing
- Strengthen the immune system
- Assist with detoxification of the body
- Release emotional blockages
- Balance the chakras
- Accelerate spiritual awareness
No special preparation is required and all I recommend is that you wear something comfortable.

Crystal Healing
All crystals, if you are patient enough, will reveal their energetic vibration to you. Simply place a hand over them and focus.
Crystal healing uses this powerful energy to assist the body, working with your own vibrational energy to heal the physical as well as the mental, emotional and spiritual.
Through instinct or research, I find the right crystals to work with your concerns. I place them around you and leave you to relax in their healing presence.
Crystal healing can be a beautiful addition to a reiki treatment or used as a stand alone session.
Shamanic Journeys
With the help of my spirit guides, fox and bat, we journey to the spirit world for guidance and support in your life journey wherever you are now.
Shamanic journeys are taken to gain wisdom and insight into your inner energetic landscape. By connecting with your own power animal, and journeying to the three worlds of shamanic culture, you can:
- Receive guidance from helping spirits
- Better listen to and act on your own intuition
- Heal and rejuvenate
- See the truth about a situation in your life – relationships and careers
- Regain your own power, and access the abundance of your own life
Using drumming, rattles and rhythmic music I help you attain a different state of consciousness and assist you to build your own Shamanic world. Alternatively, I can journey for insight on your behalf.
